The Park is a perfect base to relax or visit local countryside attractions and we found the staff extremely friendly & helpful in every way, nothing was too much trouble.
The whole experience of the Lodge purchase was very smooth and Mr Hartley and his staff couldn’t have been more helpful and I would certainly recommend Swainswood, Derbyshire to anyone thinking of buying a Lodge in the UK.

Dear Mr Hartley
Along with our family, my husband and I recently bought a luxury holiday lodge from Tom Hartley, situated in the lovely Swainswood Park. We can’t speak highly enough about Tom and his staff who have been so helpful at every step of the way and continue to be.

Dear Mr Hartley
We recently purchased a beautiful lodge on Swainswood Park. We couldn’t be happier, it’s like being on a permanent holiday. The park is very well maintained and the service provided is next to none. You can have peace and quiet, with lots of lovely walks nearby or you can have a livelier time by visitng one of the many attractions that are close by. Either way Swainswood Park is an outstanding place to stay.
